Cockapoos and Aging

 

                                                         Buddy & Monroe

I wanted to talk about some things we have noticed as our Cockapoos are aging.

Buddy and Monroe, are now over 12 years old and they still enjoy spending time together on the sofa.

Buddy has a great appetite but has slowed down some. He still does his two daily walks around the neighborhood but he is less active when we take him to the dog park and he sleeps a lot more. 

Monroe is still as active as ever and enjoys his playtime with our Bernedoodle Bindi.

Monroe still likes to bark at everything he sees. Monroe and Bindi appear to have barking competitions when looking across the street at our neighbor's poodle. Monroe is pickier about the food he eats. He paces more trying to keep up with the new puppy (Bindi) in the house.
